SC: Discrepancies in Evidence Against Delinquent Not to Interfere with Disciplinary Inquiry - (17 Feb 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that the findings of disciplinary inquiry cannot be interfered with only on the ground that there are discrepancies in the evidence against the delinquent.
