Bombay HC Asks Centre to Submit Procedure in Application Against Unlawful Activities of Organization - (17 Feb 2020)

Bombay High Court has asked the Centre to submit on record the procedure followed in deciding an application seeking a ban on an organisation for indulging in unlawful activities.
