Calcutta High Court Asks Reserve Bank of India to Act Against Bank of Baroda - (17 Feb 2020)

Calcutta High Court has asked the Reserve Bank of India to consider “appropriate steps” against the Bank of Baroda, including cancelling its banking license for its delay in honouring a bank guarantee.
