Supreme Court Gives J&K Administration 15 Days to Justify Omar Abdullah’s Detention - (17 Feb 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has asked the Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) administration to offer within 15 days its justification for the detention of former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah from 5th February, 2020 under the J&K Public Safety Act, 1978.
