SC Issues Contempt Notices Against Telecom Companies Which Have Not Paid AGR Dues - (14 Feb 2020)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has issued contempt notices to the telecom companies which have not yet paid the dues arising out of the October 2019 judgment which interpreted that the meaning of Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) in telecom license agreements will include revenue from non-telecom sources as well.
