ITAT, Delhi: Pre-Operative Expenses Cannot be Allowed as Business Expense - (14 Feb 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that the expenses which are incurred before the operation of a company are called preoperative expenses and these expenses cannot be allowed as business expenses.
