Karnataka High Court: Prohibitory Orders Illegal - (14 Feb 2020)

Karnataka High Court has termed the city’s Police Commissioner’s prohibitory orders preventing five or more people to thwart anti- Citizenship Amendment Act protests as ‘illegal and unsustainable’.
