Supreme Court Refuses PIL Seeking Court Monitored Probe into College Molestation Case - (14 Feb 2020)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation probe monitored by the Court into the alleged molestation of students during a cultural festival at the Gargi College.
