Allahabad High Court Stays Recovery Notice to Man Accused of Damage to Public Property - (14 Feb 2020)

Allahabad High Court has stayed the recovery notice issued to a Kanpur man accused of destroying public property during the anti- Citizenship Amendment Act protest in the city, stating that the Supreme Court was already examining their legality.
