AAR, Maharashtra: Laboratory Medical Equipment Not to be Sold to Distributor at Concessional Rate - (13 Feb 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has ruled that manufacturers of laboratory medical equipment are not eligible to concessional Goods and Services Tax rates when supplied to distributors.
