Chhattisgarh HC: HC Cannot Direct State to Enforce Ordinance for EWS Reservation in PSC Examination - (13 Feb 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Chhattisgarh High Court has refused to grant relief to the Petitioners, seeking reservation for persons belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in the Public Service Commission (PSC) examination.
