Securities and Exchange Board of India Asks CARE Board to Remove Chairman Mainak - (13 Feb 2020)

CAPITAL MARKET

Securities and Exchange Board of India has asked the board of rating agency CARE Ratings to remove chairman S B Mainak after a forensic report said that he had asked the staff to hold back ratings and not change the assessments of defaulting financier Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services.
