Bombay High Court Grants Interim Protection from Arrest to TISS Student Booked For Slogans - (12 Feb 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has granted interim protection from arrest to Urvashi Chudawala, a 22-year-old Masters student of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), who was booked for sedition for allegedly raising slogans in support of Sharjeel Imam during a rally held for the LGBTQ community in South Mumbai.
