SC to Gujarat Govt.: Make Functional Cooperative Tribunal - (05 Jan 2016)

SC has directed Gujarat Govt. to make functional Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal by filling up the vacant posts including that of judicial members. The apex court said tribunal cannot be allowed to be non-functional.
