Delhi High Court Issues Notice to Centre Seeking Ban on Tobacco Ads - (11 Feb 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Health Ministry on a public suit seeking directions to concerned authorities to impose a ban over advertising, promotion, and sponsorship of any tobacco product in any form.
