Supreme Court Gives Rs 1 Crore to Accident Victim - (06 Feb 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court has come to the rescue of a 12 year old girl who met with an accident a decade ago which led to 100 percent physical disability and left her with a mental age of a nine month old for the rest of her life while awarding her a compensation of more than Rs 1 Crore including interest.
