Madras HC Provides Aid to a Dalit’s Decent Burial - (05 Jan 2016)

Madras HC while deciding plea filed by a person belonging to Scheduled Caste, alleging that upper caste villagers were preventing him from burying his late grandfather by stopping him from using road leading to burial ground, has directed Nagapattinam district administration and police to act swift.
