Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notifies Amendment to Companies Rules, 2020 - (05 Feb 2020)

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified an amendment to the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2020, adding a provision for majority shareholders to buy out minority shareholders.
