Calcutta High Court Grants Widow Insurance Relief - (04 Feb 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Calcutta High Court has directed a bank to pay Rs 1 lakh to the widow of a customer as accidental death insurance after it had refused to pay up on the ground that the claim had been submitted over 90 days after the death.
