SC Stays Telangana HC Judgment Declaring Private Medical Colleges Can’t Collect 5 Years MBBS Fee - (03 Feb 2020)

Supreme Court has stayed the judgment of Telangana High Court that had directed the authorities to stop private medical colleges from levying MBBS fee for five years.
