Kerala High Court: Results of Voluntary Narco-Analysis Admissible Only for Section 27 Evidence Act - (03 Feb 2020)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has held that the results of narco-analysis and brain mapping process done on the accused, even if carried out with the consent of the accused, can be used only to prove the discovery of a fact under Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
