Karnataka High Court Dismisses Rajeev Chandrasekhar's Appeal - (03 Feb 2020)

INSOLVENCY

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a Petition filed by Bharatiya Janata Party Member of Parliament, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, challenging the orders of the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, (Chennai), directing him to pay Rs 50 crore, to Industrial Finance Corporation of India Limited.
