Supreme Court Dismisses Plea for Review on Juvenility in Nirbhaya Case - (03 Feb 2020)

Supreme Court has dismissed the plea filed by one of the four convicts in Nirbhaya Case, Pawan Gupta, seeking review of its order rejecting his juvenility claim.
