Punjab and Haryana High Court: GST Tribunal to Deal with Matters Relating to Interest - (31 Jan 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Punjab and Haryana High Court has clarified that Goods and Service Tax Tribunal (GST Tribunal) will handle all disputes regarding interest on GST and their appeals.
