Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Appointment of Najma Akhtar as Jamia's Vice-Chancellor - (30 Jan 2020)

Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Union Government, Jamia Millia University, the Central Vigilance Commission, University Grants Commission and Najma Akhtar in a plea challenging her appointment as the current Vice-Chancellor of the University.
