Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Issues New Listing Norms for Stock Exchanges - (04 Jan 2016)

SEBI has announced detailed guidelines for stock exchange compliance to disclosure and listing regulations including for ensuring 'fit and proper' status of every investor in the bourses.
