Gujarat HC: Commission Agents Introducing Potential Customers is ‘Service’ - (27 Jan 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Gujarat High Court has held that the commission agents who are introducing the potential consumers are to be regarded as providing a ‘service’ and would be eligible to deduct the claim of commission under Income Tax Act, 1961 provisions.
