Gujarat High Court Rejects Ex-IPS Sanjiv Bhatt's Plea for Recalling Special Investigation Team Probe - (23 Jan 2020)

Gujarat High Court has refused to recall its order whereby a Special Investigation Team was constituted to probe the alleged involvement of former Indian Police Service officer, Sanjiv Bhatt in a 1996 drug planting case.
