Punjab and Haryana HC Passes Slew of Directions to Ensure Road Safety and Traffic Management - (23 Jan 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Punjab and Haryana High Court has passed a slew of directions to ensure road safety and traffic management in the Union Territory of Chandigarh, holding that "access to roads" is a Fundamental Right.
