Delhi HC Asks if Instagram Account Holder Wants to Represent All Who Alleged Sexual Harassment - (23 Jan 2020)

Delhi High Court has asked the anonymous holder of the Instagram account 'Herdsceneand' to decide as to whether she would want to represent all women who had raised sexual harassment allegations through the account against artist Subodh Gupta.
