Supreme Court Grants Four Weeks Time to Centre for Reply in Citizenship Amendment Act Hearing - (22 Jan 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has granted four weeks to the Central Government to respond to 140 Writ Petitions filed for challenging the constitutional validity of the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019.
