Supreme Court Stays Delhi High Court’s Order Saying In-Laws Cannot Evict Woman - (21 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court has stayed Delhi High Court’s ruling that the parents-in-law cannot evict a woman who was fighting a domestic violence case against them and their son without providing alternative residence.
