Centre Declares United Arab Emirates as Reciprocating Territory Under Section 44A of Code of Civil Pr - (20 Jan 2020)

Central Government of India has declared United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a reciprocating territory under Section 44A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 making the civil judgments of UAE enforceable in India.
