Supreme Court Allows Liquor Vendor to Shift 650 Kilometres - (20 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court has set aside the judgment of Madras High Court and allowed a wholesaler in Indian made foreign Liquor to shift his business 650 kilometres from Mahe to Karaikal.
