Delhi HC: Curbing Political Advertisements in Model Code of Conduct, Freedom of Speech Not Violated - (20 Jan 2020)

Delhi High Court has held that the restriction on political advertisements during the Model Code of Conduct does not violate either the freedom of speech or the freedom of carrying out trade.
