Delhi High Court: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited No Longer Exempted from Provident Fund Act - (20 Jan 2020)

Delhi High Court has denied Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited's Plea challenging an order issued against it, wherein the relaxation granted to it under the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, was withdrawn.
