Delhi High Court Asks AIIMS to Provide Medical Care to Boy Suffering from Rare Disease - (17 Jan 2020)

Delhi High Court has asked the All India Institute of Medical Sciences to immediately provide necessary treatment to a 11- year old boy suffering from a rare disease. The Court has directed the Ministry of Health and Family Services to reimburse the cost of treatment.
