Bombay High Court Allows Auction of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited Assets - (15 Jan 2020)

Bombay High Court has allowed a Public Interest Litigation seeking auction of all Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited assets, either mortgaged with the Bank or attached by the Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai.
