Supreme Court Allows Vedanta Limited to Bid for National Aluminium Company Limited’s Alumina Tenders - (15 Jan 2020)

COMPANY

Supreme Court has allowed Vedanta Limited to bid for alumina tenders by National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO). The Court said that Vedanta Limited’s foreign units can bid for NALCO’s alumina tenders meant for exports.
