Delhi HC Orders Seizure of Phones of Members of WhatsApp Groups Linked to Violence in JNU - (15 Jan 2020)

Delhi High Court has ordered that the phones of members of two WhatsApp groups linked to the violence at Jawaharlal Nehru University should be seized “at the earliest” by the police.
