Supreme Court: Sub-Letting Part of Tenanted Premises Gives Landlord Right Eviction from Whole Premise - (14 Jan 2020)

TENANCY

Supreme Court has interpreted the provisions of Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control), Act, 1965 and observed that the sub-letting of any part of the tenanted premises gives the landlord the right to eviction from the whole premises.
