NCLAT Seeks Clarity from Government and Agencies on JSW Steel Ltd Immunity - (14 Jan 2020)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has directed the Enforcement Directorate and other investigative agencies to clarify whether JSW Steel Ltd would have immunity for offences committed by the previous management under the December Ordinance.
