Supreme Court Allows Nusli Wadia to Withdraw Criminal Defamation Case Against Tata - (14 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court has allowed Nusli Wadia to withdraw criminal defamation suit against Tata group executives and board members after Ratan Tata said that he had no intention of defaming the businessman.
