Competition Commission of India Orders Probe into Amazon and Flipkart for Abuse of Competition Law - (14 Jan 2020)

Competition Commission of India has ordered a probe into the alleged Competition Law violations by Amazon and Flipkart over allegations that the e- commerce majors had promoted and given discounts to “preferred” sellers, had entered into exclusive partnerships with Smartphone brands and had abused their dominant position.
