SEBI Extends Deadline to Split Chairman and Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer Post - (14 Jan 2020)

Securities and Exchange Board of India has extended the deadline by two years to April 1, 2022 for the top 500 listed firms to separate the roles of Chairman and Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer.
