SC Dismisses BBMP’s Plea Against High Court Order Directing it to Compensate Victims - (13 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court has refused Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike's Plea to interfere with the Karnataka High Court's verdict, asking the corporation to compensate all the victims of road accidents that were caused due to poor condition of the roads.
