Supreme Court Issues Notices to Transfer All Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 Petitions - (13 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court has issued notices to all Petitioners who have filed pleas against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 in different High Courts on the plea by the Centre for a consolidated hearing of all the cases.
