Bombay High Stays Order Restoring Criminal Case Against Adani Enterprises - (13 Jan 2020)

Bombay High Court has stayed the order of a Sessions Court restoring a criminal case against Adani Enterprises, its Chairman Gautam Adani and managing director, Rajesh Adani for alleged violations of market regulations.
