Supreme Court Seeks Govt’s View on NGO’s Public Interest Litigation on Rabies - (09 Jan 2020)

Supreme Court sought the Centre’s Response to a Public Interest Litigation seeking right to passive euthanasia for persons afflicted with rabies, which has a 100% fatality rate and is accompanied by extreme pain which cannot be alleviated by medicine.
