SC: Claim Under Section 163A MV Act not Valid Against Owner/Insurer of Vehicle Borrowed by Deceased - (08 Jan 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court has observed that a claim under Section 163 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 is not maintainable against the owner and insurance company of the vehicle which was being driven by the deceased himself.
